This is a demonstration of Boss Angelia in the PS2 version of Arcana Heart 2. Read on below for her moves and more information... The boss version of Angelia Avallone is the penultimate boss in Story mode. She is an unplayable character. Not many people know this, but in this game there are actually 2 versions of Angelia - the regular player version Angelia; and the CPU Boss Angelia. Boss Angelia is a completely separate character in the game's data. Despite both looking like the same character, there are little subtle differences... for example her color palette is slightly different and unique - her hair is a more darker shade of yellow/blonde, and her skin color is redder and less pale. Additionally, she has her own unique arcana called Mildred, which is also a non-selectable arcana. This arcana is not necessary to use Boss Angelia's own basic and special moves, but if you want to use her Mildred arcana moves then you must select this Arcana with her. Pairing her with her Mildred arcana gives you the 'proper' boss version of her, just like the CPU Boss Angelia. The 'boss' Mildred arcana differs from the 'regular' player Mildred one by having her permanently there all the time next to the character. The first segment of this video demonstrates Boss Angelia and her moves, and the 2nd segment demonstrates her appearing in 1-Player arcade mode. Moves-wise she is basically the same as the regular player Angelia, with some subtle differences. It is a surprise on why the programmers needed to include her as a separate character in the data, because it's the special boss Mildred arcana that is the biggest difference. Perhaps Boss Angelia inflicts higher depletion? ===== Additional Information ===== ---- If you choose her with a different Arcana other than her own one, she can still use her personal basic moves and special moves. ---- If you go into her Command List and scroll down one page, it's a bit messed up. The same applies to boss Mildred arcana's move list. ---- She has 2 colour palettes, the main one as we see in the video, and the 2nd palette is the regular player Angelia colours. ---- On the pre-versus screen (where they have their speech), her portrait is a flawed black block. However her proper portrait appears on the main VS screen... however it seems shifted to the left too much on this occasion. You can see this in the video. This is somewhat of a surprise because CPU Boss Angelia does have a pre-versus screen portrait... maybe it can only appear on the P2 side? ---- Her main VS screen portrait is different to regular Angelias'. ---- Often, some of her [C] (Heavy) strikes do not have any sound effects or voices. ---- For some reason, sometimes Boss Mildred arcana's Raining Light super move doesn't activate... after Angelia makes the pose, Mildred doesn't do anything. You can see this in the video.
