The Constantinople Agreement 1915 | HISTORY

G’day. Before the Sykes-Picot Agreement, which carved up the 623 year-old Ottoman Empire in 1922, there was another secret agreement with the intentions of being partitioned between the United Kingdom, France and Tsarist Russia. This was the Constantinople Agreement, which sourced its roots from as far back as the Russo-Turkish War of 1806. This is a pretty thorough video.
