The Judicial Commission of Inquiry into Criminality, Political Interference and Corruption in the Criminal Justice System resumes today at 8:30am at the Brigitte Mabandla Justice College in Pretoria to hear the continuation of the testimony of suspended deputy police chief of the Ekurhuleni Metro Police Department (EMPD) commissioner Julius Mkhwanazi. Mkhwanazi began his testimony on Wednesday. Meanwhile, police minister Senzo Mchunu will continue his testimony later during the day after Mkhwanazi’s testimony. Mchunu, who is currently on special leave, began his testimony on Tuesday.
