God of War - How to defeat the Forest Ancient (Guide)

The forest ancient is a really tough battle most people will come across playing God of War, especially those playing it on the harder difficulties. Make sure you're targeting the Forest Ancient's chest as that is the only vulnerable spot it has. Then make sure you're using it's pieces against him. Also, if you can get the runic attack before the battle (you can find it in the last room where you find the dagger for the dwarf quest) this can really help taking out chunks of the Ancient's health. Once you've inflicted enough damage on the Ancient, enemies will appear where you must take out both or at least one, make sure Atreus is targeting the other to distract it.
