THE BUILD HAS NOT BEEN PLAY-TESTED. SOME FURNITURE MIGHT NOT BE ACCESSIBLE BY SIMS The Build is a simple renovation where I have tried to keep the layout as close to the original as possible. The Apartment features two bedrooms with two beds each allowing 4 sims to live in this tight and cramped apartment. The space is so small in fact that all sims have to sleep in single bed bunk beds to allow each sim to have their own desk under their bunk. There is also a small living room right next to the entry followed by a small bathroom and a L shaped kitchen in the corner. There is a common shared bathroom which all 4 sims have to share, however there are two separate toilets.
