E-rickshaw theft person captured in CCTV footage but GZB police is not capturing and FIR no-412

Dear All, We are very poor person and bought a e-rickshaw for earning the money but one person is given sweets to driver at Lal kuya temple and theft the e-rickshaw. by whom person driver received in next day that person named is Arvind Chaudhary and he said that he will give e-rickshaw after taking some money later on he threatening to us and challenging to UP police power as evedience having in call recording and cctv footage and the same has informed to police who is looking our case-412 approx 3 months going to passed but police is still not capturing to them no one is thinking that poor people is purchasing the e rishkaw to earn the money but theft person are active in ghaziabad and they are theft very easily. request you to all please support us
