The first section (between the clock and the 3rd ice mirror) is the hardest one due to a lot of little jumps required not to lose time. Potentially, 26.4x is clearly doable. About the rest of the level, another hardest section is the last one (it requires a lot of accuracy, especially the jump before the last 2 time crates.
