Employees who can be vaccinated but choose not to may be asked to pay for regular COVID-19 tests. The new tripartite guidelines urge all employers to implement the "vaccinate or regular test" (VoRT) regime, where unvaccinated workers must be tested frequently. Under the advisory, such employees may have to tap into their leave entitlements when they serve longer movement restrictions because they choose not to get jabbed.
