I’m starting 16:8 Intermittent Fasting, where I’ll eat within an 8-hour window and fast for 16 hours. No calorie counting or food weighing—just a balanced approach that’s easier for me to stick to. My plan? Focus on longer runs, more weight training, and increasing my activity level.
