Big rig hits bridge - AGAIN - losing load

An 18-wheeler's cargo hit the Houston Avenue overpass Monday night, sending two giant, yellow tanks rolling onto the highway. HPD parked their cars next to the containers to prevent them from rolling into the lanes of I-10. Police said there was also damage to the bridge. Thankfully, no one was injured.
