Prepare the ingredients and heat a pot over medium heat. 2. Add the blueberries and squeeze a lemon.  3. Cover and leave over medium heat for 5 minutes.  4. Uncover and stir.  5. Add the chia seeds and stir. Cover again for about 5 minutes.  6. Turn off the heat and let it cool down to room temperature. 7. Serve in a jar and put in the refrigerator.
