I grew up playing games, with Commodore 64, and Spectrum, going to my friends’ places, and sitting down and all playing together… I wrote software in those days I recorded on cassettes. So, all of the happy memories of my childhood I can find when I walk around this place.” 13. Close of display reading: (English) "Pong Consoles" 14. Mid of display of Pong clones 15. SOUNDBITE (English) Chris, museum visitor from Graz, Austria “I've been working 30 years in technology. And most of the things I’ve done was building software products, or running teams building software products. I love to sit behind the screen and create things. And I’ve loved that since this, since I’ve discovered this kind of world of gaming and home computing. I think that’s probably what got me excited... I’ve worked in lots of different products like energy, engineering, renewables and automotive. But in the end it was always sitting behind the screen and building something new.” 19. This is my first project – first project in my whole life – that I’m doing without any constrains. There are no deadlines, there’s no budget, there’s no publishers that dictates what you want to do. Not even the audience or visitors, in the sense that I have to cater to them specifically to do this. I really did this the way I imagined it, and I found a design studio that managed to put this together exactly the way I wanted, so I’m really really happy with it.” 29.
