Injustice: Gods Among Us | No Second Season Pass + Zatanna As DLC?!

According to recent tweets from the master troll himself, Ed Boon, there will no longer be a second season pass, BUT there will still be more DLC characters for Injustice: Gods Among Us! He also goes off to hint that Zatanna may in fact be the next character released as DLC! What do you guys think? Is Ed Boon just trolling, or could we be seeing the end of DLC content as we know it?
