WHY is my Dimmer Switch Causing my LED Lights to Flicker

Changing an old 2 gang resistive dimmer for a new one designed to work with LED lamps. In this video we remove the old dimmer looking at the wiring method that takes the feed to the switch and is also wired in old cable colours pre 2004.
