Kuchai Lama during MCO

Here is a short clip of what the usually-congested area of Kuchai Lama looks like during the Movement Control Order period due to the Covid-19 outbreak. During this time, there are still several odd driver behaviours that I just cannot fathom and comprehend. For instance, drivers still prefer to double-park their vehicle despite the ample amount of parking spaces available immediately around them. One driver even went to the extent of just leaving their car directly in front of a row of empty parking bays. Was it that hard for them to just drive into the parking bay they were blocking? While there are less vehicles on the road during this MCO period, let's still exercise good driving etiquette and be considerate towards other road users. In the meantime, let's all stay safe and be extremely alert of what is happening around you.
