Ingredients: Bread / Pauruti - 8 pcs Thick Milk Milk Powder Sugar Cardamom Powder Ghee Refined Oil Methods of how to make Gulab Jamun: 1. At first cut off the side crusts from the bread. 2. Then take a blender jar and shred the slices of bread in it. 3. Blend them to make fine powder and put it in a big bowl. 4. Add 3 tbsp. amul spray milk powder or any powder (optional) 2 tsp Ghee and mix well. 5. Add the boiled milk slowly to make a dough. 6. Then add little bit Ghee in your hand and knead the dough well. 7. Now cover and let it rest for 10 mins. 8. For syrup add 1 cup Sugar and 1.5 cups Water in a kadai. 9. Boil for 5 mins on medium flame till the sugar melts. 10. Add 1/2 tsp Cardamom Powder/Whole Cardamom Seeds and boil for another 10 mins on medium flame. 11. After 10 mins grease ghee on your hands and small balls from the dough. 12. Heat up oil in a kadai and fry them on medium flame. 13. Fry them on all sides properly. 14. It took about 4-5 mins to fry them, now take them out. 15. After boiling the syrup for 10 mins turn off your oven. 16. Now turn it in again, when it starts boiling add the Gulab Jamuns. 17.
