Seafood Fried Rice Recipe (for 2 servings) Ingredients: 2 servings of rice (400 gr rice) 2 eggs 4 fish balls, cut 50 gr chicken, cut into cubes 6 shrimp, peeled 3 shallots, grated 2 cloves garlic, grated 2 stalks spring onions, cut 1 red chili ½ tbsp soy sauce 2 tbsp fish sauce 1 tbsp sweet soy sauce 1 tbsp oyster sauce ½ - 1 tbsp sugar ½ tsp pepper Flavoring ½ tbsp margarine Oil for sauteing Steps: 1. Heat a wok over high heat, pour in oil then saute the chicken and shrimp then stir and add the fish balls cook briefly then set aside 2.
