(544) Jellyfish Acrylic Pour Painting (New Technique!)
Today I'm trying out something a little different and creating a jellyfish acrylic pour painting! This is a new technique I haven't done on my channel yet. The process: I'm using a mix of metallic acrylic paints; dark blue, bronze, seafoam green, and light blue. I mixed all of these with Sargent Art Gloss Medium and water for the pour. I started by creating the jellyfish head and used a small leaf blower and straw to move around the paint. I didn't use a hairdryer for this piece as I would have had less control over the direction of the paint. This pour required a certain amount of precision. To create the jellyfish tendrils I dipped the ball chain into some paint and dragged it across the canvas. I really like the way this dried and found the colors blended beautifully together! 🌟 Check out my items for sale on Etsy!
