U.S. Senator Bob Menendez (D-N.J.) pressed Heath Tarbert, President Trump's nominee to be Assistant Secretary of the Treasury for International Markets and Development, on the potential for Rosneft to own CITGO. Mr. Tarbert would lead the Committee on Foreign Investment.
