U.S. Secretary of State John Kerry begins a trip to Africa and South Asia on Thursday where counterterrorism discussions will top his agenda during stops in Djibouti and Kenya. Linda Thomas-Greenfield, U.S. Assistant Secretary of State for African Affairs, who will be traveling with Secretary Kerry, talks about the expectations of the stops in Africa.
