HEROES Act - Stimulus Check 2, Student Loan Forgiveness, $3 trillion

I'm going to briefly talk about the HEROES Act which was introduced by the Democrats. This act covers a second stimulus check, student loan forgiveness, rent and mortgage subsidies, increased pay for front line workers, amendments to the PPP, and much much more. We won't go into too much detail as there will likely be revisions before the bill passes. There is a proposed $1,200 stimulus payment to individuals in this bill. Student loan payments may be made on behalf of the individual to private lenders for up to $10,000. There is proposed housing assistance which will cover mortgage and rent for individuals for a period of time. Front line workers may see increased pay through this bill as well.
