So Good, Who Needs Oil? Oil-Free Granola!

Enjoy this easy recipe to make your own homemade oil-free granola! 4 cups old fashioned rolled oats pinch of salt 1/4 cup ground flaxseed meal 1-2 teaspoons ground cinnamon 1/2 cup maple syrup 1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce Combine all ingredients and mix well to combine. Spread out on a lined baking sheet and bake for 30-40 minutes at 350 F. Allow to cool completely, then break up with your hands into bite sized chunks. Store in an air tight container (I put mine in the freezer for extra longevity!) Serve with your favorite yogurt and fruit, with milk or by the handful!
