Using hands, combine the mixture well until evenly mixed. Portion mixture into 8 even balls. Form each ball into a patty, roughly 4 inches in diameter. The patties can be formed and stored in the refrigerator for up to 24 hours. In a 12-inch skillet, heat 2 tbsp of high heat oil over medium heat (I use avocado oil). Working in batches, add 4 patties at a time to the hot oil. Cook until well browned on one side, 5 minutes. Flip over and cook until well browned on the opposite side, 5 minutes. Remove from the skillet and finish cooking the remaining patties. Serve with favorite burger toppings. For the sauce: Combine the ketchup, mayonnaise, and pickle relish. Stir to combine and serve with the turkey burgers. #burger #turkey #dinner
