How To Improve Your Egg Quality for IVF Success | Supplements for Unexplained Infertility

In this video, I talk about boosting my egg quality and preparing my body for IVF with supplements. It's a known fact that you cannot increase the number of eggs you have, but you can improve the quality of your eggs. My goal is to boost the quality of my eggs before egg retrieval so we have great options that will hopefully turn into our future babies! Approximately 90 days before ovulation, an egg starts to mature in preparation for the event. The research is showing that a diet rich in protein, antioxidants and an abundance of nutrients improves egg quality and puts a halt to ovarian aging. There is also research to show that limiting your exposure to environmental toxins such as BPA can help to support egg quality. There are many well-studied supplements such as CoQ10 that have been shown to help improve egg quality. So be sure to choose a CoQ10 supplement that is in the form of ubiquinol and not ubiquinone. “Let your food be your medicine and your medicine your food” -Hippocrates, 460-c. 370 BC SUBSCRIBE to support our journey or to send baby dust! ❤️ Infertility MUST-HAVES*: https://pin.it/5QtksNk Other DISCOUNTS*: https://pin.it/5K1xEQr Playlist ▶ Unexplained Infertility:    • Unexplained Infertility (4-year Journey)   IVF:    • IVF Journey 2023   INSTAGRAM 🖼   / jess_colaw   Music 🎧 Epidemic Sound Chapters 🕮 0:00 - Intro 3:09 - Emergen-C or Airborne 4:13 - Levothyroxine 4:41 - B-12 - 1,000 mcg 6:02 - Spirulina - 1,500 mg 8:54 - Interruption 9:22 - Salmon Oil - 2,000 mg 11:11 - Binto Packet: Algae DHA/EPA Zinc - 10 mg Pre & Probiotic CoQ10 - 200 mg Prenatal 17:25 - Outro This information is for educational purposes only and does not replace the advice, treatment, or diagnosis given to you by your healthcare provider.
