Mentorship at Masters’ Union is a structured programme designed to facilitate a long-term, mentor-mentee relationship. It aims to expose students to the ins and outs of the workplace that the mentor may have learnt over the years. Every student in the cohort gets paired with a practising Master for regular counselling and career coaching.
