This week on "Your Vote Counts," the panelists discuss this week's special session focus on Health Care Authority and DHS funding. Scott Mitchell is News9’s political analyst and Host of ‘Hot Seat’ and ‘Your Vote Counts.’ The Lindsay native first observations of the Oklahoma political process came as a staff reporter at the University of Oklahoma’s KGOU radio in the late 1970’s.
