ASUS ProArt Display PA279CRV Monitor - PWM FLICKERING AND UNEVEN BRIGHTNESS!

1 Week old ASUS ProArt Display PA279CRV Monitor. As you can see from the video, it has a VERY annoying PWM flickering problem + brightness is uneven (darker on the right side).
