Diego was the import harbor for black hands which now they have rigged with explosive to blow off when Rico and his team enters. Rico have to find the explosives and short them by putting them in water under limited time. Also black hand forces overseas are trying to invade Solis so Rico and Sargento have to blow the beachhead and stop the offshore forces from invasion.
