John Starks Reverse Baseline Dunk in the 1992 NBA Slam Dunk Contest. John Starks is a retired Professional Basketball player best known for making it to the NBA after not being drafted out of College. He went on to have a successful NBA career in which he made the All-Star Team, All Defensive 2nd Team, and won the NBA sixth man of the Year award. John played his collegiate basketball at Oklahoma State University and entered the 1988 draft, but went undrafted.
