Constitution Man on Medical Marijuana - is it a SCAM?

Constitution Man comes on at 17:42 Paula Gloria decided to relent and go to the "Occupy Wall Street" protest although her binary economical background taught her that Wall Street is little more than a place to trade and bet. Joe Barton told her to keep an open mind and upon arriving in lower Manhattan they bumped into their good friend and fellow MNN (Manhattan Neighborhood Network) producer, Joe Friendly who said on the way he (after a few puffs of you-know-what) got the entire plan of how we can create a better world but alas he was NOT asked to speak! Do we need to wonder why in this day and age of corporate media especially controlling the alternative outlets?....Paula decided to use the footage to overlay their exciting and hopeful conversation with Constitution Man on Angela Stark's very popular internet radio show "My Private Audio" (go to www.myprivateaudio.com for more info on this hugely important internet personality and her body of work) )on the horrifying (but very predictable) bust of Lindy Heise, a healer in Oregon who was under the illusion that her license for medical marijuana would protect her. Thanks (if you can use that word) to their experience in court) Paula Gloria and Joe Barton knew this was wishful thinking and that $140 million dollars had been plowed into California last year for naught and even less than naught if you consider the case of Lindy ( Ok its another state but with similar parameters of a faulty contract between the people and whoever benefits from the "law", unconstitutional as it is. This is a goldmine of a discussion with Constitution Man who understands the need for medicine but also the even more important need to protect the rights of all under our Constitution which protects a republic not a democracy. Whether you like pot or not you should be able to make the choice. Democracy is the power of 51% to make illegal 49% and lock them up which seems to be panning out today. Democracy was called mob rule in the past for good reason. Unless people exert themselves to reach and to stretch themselves to understand great souls like Constitution Man they may well be the next victims of a courtroom/prison industrial complex that makes $40, to $50 thousand dollars per year not from our taxes but from our secret accounts that those in the know can access. Constitution Man lays out an argument that all serious pot heads should study and study hard because NORML, MMP and LEAP are part of the problem and not the solution. The solution or "remedy" (as the legal term is used) IS there but you have to study and then be willing to stand up. No corporation, organization or government can do it for you. This is about true freedom and dignity. Paula felt especially sorry for those on the corporate cancer walk who are clearly unaware of the 1974 studies that the DEA and the American Cancer Society ran on cannabis which showed that only brain tumors, NOT the later reported brain cells, were killed by cannabis leaving all healthy cells intact. Why were these studies suppressed? Because people like you and me do not study our Constitution and do not stand up in a timely way. Constitution Man, a highly decorated ex Viet Nam Vet, high has much to teach those he and others like himself sacrificed their lives for to protect the Constitution they swore an oath to.
