Add vanilla concentrate + flour, beat on medium speed for 2–3 minutes. Add oil, mix gently. Pour into a greased 6-inch round pan. Bake at 175 °C for 30–35 minutes (check with a toothpick). Cool completely, then slice the sponge into 3 layers. Step 2: Whipped Cream Frosting Beat 200 ml chilled whipping cream until stiff peaks (3–4 minutes). Step 3: Layering & Icing On a cake turntable, place the first sponge layer. Spread whipped cream + 1 tbsp condensed milk. Add the second layer, repeat the process.
