Alleged Puppy Mill Operation Raided In Smith County, Texas

Officials of the SPCA of Texas and the Smith County District Attorney's office served a search warrant at a single-family home located at 13513 Ronald Circle near Tyler on the morning of May 26, 2011. They removed dozens of dogs, many showing signs of mistreatment. At the time this video was posted, there was no word on what charges, if any, would be filed. Video by Kenneth Dean
