Mr Penstone said on TV, ‘The sacrifice wasn’t worth the result that it is now. ' “He was talking also a little bit about the lack of freedom in Britain,” Ms Panahi said. “That’s so terribly sad that someone who sacrificed so much for Britain is so dismayed by what it has become.”
