New York Driver Rescued From Flooded Pickup Truck

A woman is rescued from her submerged pickup truck after it was caught in floods in Buffalo, New York, on October 31. The driver was stranded between Niagara Street and Tonawanda Street when a viaduct suddenly overflowed.  Police helped her to clamber out of the window and onto the flatbed part of the vehicle before she climbed onto a cherry picker rescue crane.
