Monoco - Clair Obscur: Expedition 33 [Sax and Violin Cover]

"You're right, there will be a lot of fighting. I'm in." I love this track so much, I knew I wanted to cover it but I really wanted to keep the original saxophone line as it was. I reached out to my friend Joe DiFiore to see if he would be willing to work on a cover with me and he agreed! And since I think this track really needed drums to do it justice, I asked Yusef who I met at VGMCon a couple years ago if he'd be willing to put down drums. They both KILLED IT, and I LOVE how this turned out. There wasn't going to be a lot of space to feature the Sax in the usual way that I cover songs, so I needed to change up the style. I gave it a little bit of a motown disco treatment to make sure there was room for everyone to shine.
