Why Wheatley Can't Use His Flashlight
Sentry Turret plushie from ThinkGeek. It's supposed to react to a lack of light, but mine, of course, is wonderfully defective in a way Aperture products should be! XD You shine a light on it and it responds. Had Wheatley done that, well...THERE YOU ARE.
