Creamy Salmon Curry Recipe Ingredients: Butter Diced onions Garlic Ginger Cardamom Turmeric Coriander Paprika Salt and black pepper 1 cup of stock or broth 1 cup of coconut milk Bluehouse Salmon filet Fresh cilantro/coriander Steps: 1. Add butter to a skillet over medium heat 2. Add onions and cook for a few minutes until soft 3. Add the garlic and ginger and cook for 30 seconds 4. Mix ingredients 5. Add in: Cardamom, Turmeric, Coriander, Paprika, Salt and black pepper 6. Add stock or broth 7. Add coconut milk 8. Mix 9. Slice Bluehouse Salmon filet into bite-size chunks 10. Place salmon on a sheet pan lined with parchment paper 11. Add salt and pepper to salmon 12. Place in hot oven and allow to roast for 5-7 minutes until the salmon is firm but not fully cooked 13. Add the salmon to the sauce and allow it to simmer for another 5 minutes 14. Serve with a bowl of rice and add salmon 15. Garnish with fresh cilantro/coriander
