2020+ Subaru Headlight Adjustment

The 2020-2021+ Subaru Outback has very bright headlights. It is a common problem that they are also adjusted too high from the factory, which is much more obvious now that the Northern hemisphere is transitioning to winter and I am commuting in the dark. Every couple of miles I have someone flash their highbeams at me, thinking I have my brights on. I also notice that I frequently light up the interior of the car in front of me, which is not cool. You can easily adjust the highlight angle yourself if you have an 8” long #2 Phillips head screwdriver, or can rig up a tool using socket extensions as shown.
