This is fixed by turning OFF the HDCP setting in your console's system settings. For people who are still having this error even with HDCP turned OFF, try using a different USB slot on your computer. For me, it wouldn't work if it was connected to the computer's front USB but worked just fine when plugged into the back USB (directly to the motherboard).
