Congress leader Raja Pateria, created a huge controversy by a making a speech wherein he said "be ready to kill Narendra Modi", was on Tuesday. Pateria was arrested from his Hata residence in Damoh district of Madhya Pradesh. His remark drew massive criticism as Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) leaders demanded action against him and termed his statement "an unpardonable crime". Even though he had immediately clarified that by "killing" he means "defeating", but that hardly helped as the Madhya Pradesh government ordered a police case against him.
