This time the ALPHA seeding line which are now fitted with the latest colour touch screen interface allowing the opertator to make very fast changes and total control of all components from the one position using visual aids. This customer is working primarly with the TSPL 144 cell trays but also uses the 198 cell long tray. Therefore maximum output is 1000 trays/hr. (Normally 1200 trays/hr for a 60x40cm tray) Rapid adjust handles for the guide rails, height adjustment for the filler and sowing machine allows the operator to change tray types in a matter of minutes and drum changes without any tools. This ALPHA is fitted with the heavy duty 144 tray pneumatic destacker. First of this type in Australia and its proven to be a real winner.
