Frozen, Singalong, Audience would not leave

Many members of the audience were reluctant to leave after the Sing-along performance of Frozen at The Royal Albert Hall, London on 17 November 2014. Lauren Platt, an X Factor contestant walked amongst the people who had stood for over 2 hours watching the filmed show. Some of the crowd chanted "Lauren", this can be seen on 1min 36 seconds into the video.
