"When Jesus Gives Peace, It Stays"

Peace That Holds The deeper your roots in Christ, the less you’re shaken by what’s happening around you. In the book of Philippians, Paul reveals where peace comes from: 1. Philippians 4:6–7 (NIV): “Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus.” ➡️ Peace is not the absence of problems—it’s the presence of God. In the book of Isaiah, we’re reminded who peace belongs to: 2. Isaiah 26:3 (NIV): “You will keep in perfect peace those whose minds are steadfast, because they trust in you.” ➡️ Peace follows trust—not control. In the Gospel of John, Jesus gives this assurance: 3. John 14:27 (NIV): “Peace I leave with you; my peace I give you. I do not give to you as the world gives. Do not let your hearts be troubled and do not be afraid.” ➡️ Jesus doesn’t just offer peace—He gives His peace. So today, if life feels unsettled, don’t chase calm—go deeper in Him. His peace isn’t surface-level. It holds steady even when everything else shifts. Pray: Jesus, let Your peace rule in my heart today. Not just in moments of prayer, but in my thoughts, my decisions, and my reactions. Teach me to stay rooted in trust—even when I don’t understand. Let the fruit of peace grow deep and steady in my life. Amen.!! Peace isn’t something you wait for—it’s something you walk in when you’re rooted in Christ. #PeaceThatHolds #RootedInChrist #WalkInPeace #SpiritualFruit #CalmInTheStorm
