Pedestrian Hurt After Hit-and-Run Crash on SH 20 Near Rafael Septien Ln in El Paso

El Paso, TX — September 28, 2025: Officials reported that a 28-year-old man was injured following a hit-and-run collision in the 9800 block of Alameda Avenue (State Highway 20) near Rafael Septien Lane. Preliminary reports indicate that a westbound 2015 Kia Forte struck the pedestrian around 1:45 a.m. before leaving the scene. The pedestrian sustained serious injuries and was transported for treatment. Authorities continue to investigate the El Paso County crash.
