One migrant labourer, identified as 17-year-old Dilkush Kumar from Bihar, was killed and another migrant labourer received gunshot injuries after terrorists fired at them in Jammu and Kashmir's Budgam on Thursday night. The non-local labourers were working at a brick kiln in Chadoora village in Budgam.
