Pokemon Blue-Gym Leader Blaine

The seventh gym leader of Pokemon Red/Blue; Blaine. Blaine uses Fire-type Pokemon; his arsenal is a Growlithe at Level 42, a Ponyta at Level 40, a Rapidash at Level 42, and an Arcanine at Level 47. Growlithe and Ponyta are no problem, as you've battled many of them before. Rapidash is really annoying. It's fast and spams Fire Spin, one of the cheapest attacks in the game. Then there's Arcanine. It hits really hard with Fire Blast, and it's fairly tough too. Be on the defensive.
