50 vitals will last you two hits on the Queen without needing more stabilizer if you're fast enough. The only reason I risk it is because of the time bonus. If you're just going for the completion, raise vitals to at least 50 before lasering the Queen. The Kyriaki are nice enough to not entirely screw up the patient this time around (as opposed to UtK1's Kyriaki), so if you need to raise vitals, suture everything, and just use the stabilizer.
