Installing and using PPP under Windows NT Workstation 4.0 on #ao486 #MiSTerFPGA

Hi :) This is a quick capture of the PPP installation on Windows NT Workstation 4.0 running on ao486 FPGA softcore on MiSTer. The modem driver used was the same as for Win95/98: https://github.com/MiSTer-devel/ao486... *Don't forget to switch from Turbo115200 to plain 11500 baud rate on MiSTer OSD PPP settings ! *To get rid off the Event error after installing Dial-Up Networking, re-run Service Pack 6. *DNS is not acquired automatically by NT/95 unless you set your core's DNS IP address in the Dial-up profile's Server tab, under "TCP/IP settings" as either your router's internal IP address (usually .1 or public Google ones like 8.8.8.8) OR change the /media/fat/linux/ppp_options file's MS-DNS entries (uncomment and use your own or Google's DNS servers) The NT Workstation 4.0 full install guide on MiSTer by @alexoughton https://misterfpga.org/viewtopic.php?...
