Ingredients Fish 800 gm coconut paste 1/2 cup 2 tbsp oil 2 onion ginger garlic paste1 tbsp pepper corn 1 tsp 4 cardamom 4 Dry red chilli turmeric 1 tsp salt to taste cumin 1 tsp kosuri methi 1 tsp method Heat oil in a pan add 4 cardamom and pepper corn 1 tsp,add grated ginger garlic 1 tbsp saute for 1 minutes .then now add 2 chopped onion and cook 3-4 mins then add 1/2 cup coconut paste fry till it's raw smell disappears add 4 dry red chilli and 1 tsp turmeric saute 2 minutes now add gently placethe fried fish pieces and mix well add 2 cup of water and cook 8-10 minutes on medium flame finally add 1 tsp Kosuri methi now ready to serve with steam rice.
