Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal has called in an emergency meeting today in order to discuss the COVID situation in the National Capital. Delhi has witnessed a remarkable dip in the number of COVID cases by the end of July, but since last week, the cases are on a rise once again. The situation is worrisome for Delhi. The cases by the end of July went down by around 600. The positivity rate for Tuesday stands at 7.78%, making every seventh sample out of one hundred positive. The Delhi health ministry officials are also going to attend the meeting. One of the reasons that is being cited is the movement of population after the unlock phase began.
